ballymackey u15 girls travelled to Kilavilla in the league today and suffered a 2-0 loss. Ballymackey started the brighter and were on too early on but conceded two goals in quick succession on the break. Ballymackey came close to pulling a goal back just before the break from Olivia Fitzpatrick but it was cleared off the line. Into the second half Kilavilla were awarded a penalty but ally Mulvihill produced a great save and while ballymackey give it their all and never gave up but couldn’t get on the scoresheet.
